$20,000The Limited Gaming Control Commission approved a $20,000 settlement after a Fanatics VIP team member sent promotional texts to a customer who had placed himself on Colorado's self-exclusion list, with Fanatics also agreeing to audit contacts with the self-exclusion list from January 2024 through March 2026 and retrain VIP staff. Reported in the press; no regulator document found.[29]
