Licensed operator of record (per Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation licensee records, active through 2026) for the Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel historical-horse-racing facility. Older press coverage describes Churchill Downs Incorporated and the Keeneland Association jointly breaking ground on the ~$150M venue, but this session could not confirm whether either company still holds an ownership stake in WKY Development, LLC today (gap).
