Co-founded by Ron Winchell and Marc Falcone, who agreed in Nov. 2018 to buy Kentucky Downs' racetrack/historical-horse-racing assets from Kentucky Downs Partners (owner since 2007); the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission approved the purchase Feb. 19, 2019, and it closed Mar. 12, 2019. A later secondary source (Las Vegas Advisor, Apr. 2024) still lists Winchell and Falcone as co-owners; no further sale was found in sources reviewed this session.
