Revenue restated down from the €1,323.6m originally reported for FY2016 (per the company's own FY2016 results release), due to IFRS 5 reclassification of discontinued operations disclosed in the FY2017 MD&A; net income unchanged by the restatement.
Revenue restated down from the €1,104.2m originally reported in the FY2017 MD&A, due to further IFRS 5 reclassification of discontinued operations; net income (NIATMI, total operations) unchanged at -€53.4m across both reports.
Revenue is the Group's consolidated "Revenue/Turnover" line (continuing operations, audited); net_income is "Net Income Attributable to Owners of the Parent" from total operations (continuing and discontinued, i.e. NIATMI). INTRALOT progressively divested and reclassified a number of international licensed operations as discontinued between FY2017 and FY2021, which repeatedly restated prior-year revenue downward under IFRS 5 (group revenue fell from ~€1.3bn in FY2016 to ~€345m in FY2020 on a continuing-operations basis even though the underlying disposals happened gradually). In October 2025 the Group completed the combination with Bally's International Interactive and was renamed Bally's Intralot S.A., which increased FY2025 revenue and restated FY2024 revenue slightly upward. Where a later report restated a year's revenue, the most recent restated figure is used, noted on that year's entry.
Revenue restated down from the ~€720.6m originally reported for FY2019, reflecting further IFRS 5 discontinued-operations reclassifications made in the FY2020 MD&A.
Revenue and net income restated slightly from the FY2020 MD&A's own figures (€364.8m revenue / -€106.2m NIATMI) per the FY2021 MD&A's comparative column.
Revenue restated up from the €376.4m originally reported in the FY2024 results release, per the FY2025 results release's comparative column (post Bally's International Interactive combination); NIATMI unchanged at €4.9m.
First year consolidating Bally's International Interactive, acquired in Q4 2025 and renamed the group Bally's Intralot S.A.; the acquisition contributed €167.1m of the FY2025 revenue increase per the release.

| Jan 14, 2025 | District of Columbia | Settlement Sports (online) | $6.5M | DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb secured a combined $6.5 million settlement ($5 million from Intralot, $1.5 million from subcontractor Veterans Services Corporation) over a scheme that defrauded the District in its sole-source lottery and sports-wagering (GambetDC) contract: Intralot and VSC had secretly agreed that an Intralot subsidiary, not VSC, would do most of the work, then submitted false subcontracting-spend records and verification forms for years to collect payments meant for the small-business subcontractor.[13] |
