IGT
Supplier · International Game Technology PLC · IGT · London, England (operations: Las Vegas, Providence, Rome; production in Reno, NV)[1]
Formerly Gtech S.p.A. / Lottomatica S.p.A. Per Wikipedia: in a 2025 transaction, IGT spun off its gaming division to merge with Everi Holdings; Apollo Global Management took majority control of the resulting new gaming entity (De Agostini Group retains a minority stake), and that new entity took the IGT name, with Hector Fernandez announced as CEO (Vince Sadusky, ousted from the gaming side after Apollo stepped in, leads the separated lottery business, Brightstar Lottery). IGT (as GTECH) has operated the Texas Lottery since its 1992 launch.
