BetMGM LLC is the 50/50 US joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain plc (formed July 2018; app rebranded from PlayMGM to BetMGM in September 2019). BetMGM does not file its own public statutory accounts; figures below are the full-year net revenue (and, where published, net income/loss) that BetMGM, MGM Resorts or Entain jointly announced in press "business updates." No full-year 2019 net revenue figure was found (2019 was a partial/transition year for the BetMGM brand), so the earliest year here is 2020. For several years only an EBITDA or "EBITDA loss" figure was published and no net income/loss was disclosed; in those years net_income is omitted rather than estimated from EBITDA. Net revenue is reported on a "net revenue from operations" basis that the companies describe as non-GAAP in some years (a GAAP net revenue figure, when separately disclosed, is noted on the relevant source).
