Sightline Interactive separately petitioned the Commission to amend Regulation 5 for digital identity verification, and a Gaming Control Board workshop on remote verification under proposed Regulation 5.225 was canceled and had not been rescheduled per the most recent reporting found. Nevada remains the only major sports-betting state without remote registration as of this research.[1]
