Operates Monmouth Park Racetrack under contract to the New Jersey Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association (NJTHA) throughout the period covered by NJ sports-wagering revenue reports, then under a direct 85-year lease from the NJ Sports & Exposition Authority from Sept. 2024. Chaired by Dennis Drazin (Chairman/CEO) the whole time. Monmouth Park's retail sportsbook has operated under the William Hill brand (legacy lounge branding retained after William Hill's 2021 absorption into Caesars Entertainment per data/licenses/NJ.yaml), but the DGE revenue reports attribute the figures to Darby/the track itself, not the skin brand, so reported-name variants naming "William Hill" are mapped here too.
