Indiana gaming group formed by former Centaur Gaming executives; held the Majestic Star I and Majestic Star II riverboat casino licenses in Gary, Indiana. Majestic Star II's license was relinquished effective 01/01/2020 pursuant to IGC Order 2019-255 (the boats were consolidated into a single land-based casino, later rebranded Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana under Hard Rock International). Spectacle also held an interim ownership stake in the Terre Haute Casino Resort entity (CDITH, LLC) before transferring it; the IGC owners list records an entity change from Spectacle Entertainment, LLC to Lucy Luck Gaming, LLC in the Terre Haute licensee's history.
