Aristotle, Inc. is the political-data/technology company behind PredictIt. Its subsidiaries Aristotle Exchange DCM, Inc. and Aristotle DCO, Inc. were approved by the CFTC as a Designated Contract Market and Derivatives Clearing Organization Sept 5, 2025, with the new exchange expected to open Oct 2025 (PredictIt relaunch). Aristotle sold the Aristotle Exchange DCM/DCO entities to Underdog in March 2026 while retaining the PredictIt exchange itself.
