Operated Freehold Raceway; formed (as Pennwood Inc., later FR Park Racing) from a joint venture of Penn National Gaming and Greenwood Racing (Parx Casino's parent, Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment) that bought the track in 1998-1999. Freehold Raceway's live racing and sports wagering operations ended in 2024; the 58-acre site was sold to Raceway RE Partners in June 2025 for redevelopment, unconnected to gaming operations.
