Per IGT's Wikipedia article, Brightstar Lottery is the renamed remaining lottery business after IGT's 2025 transaction spun off IGT's gaming division to merge with Everi (Apollo Global Management majority control of the new gaming entity, which retained the IGT name); the lottery business trades on NYSE as BRSL, led by Vince Sadusky. Brightstar's own site describes ~50 years of lottery-industry experience and ~90 customers across six continents, offering lottery systems, retail/digital solutions, instant games, and the OMNIA integrated platform; it does not itself reference the 2025 IGT spin-off.
