888 Holdings plc was renamed evoke plc in May 2024. The group reported in USD through FY2021 (FY2021 revenue was $980.1m per the FY2021 final results). It switched its presentation currency to GBP effective 1 January 2022, following the completion of the William Hill International acquisition on 1 July 2022, and re-presented FY2021 in GBP in the FY2022 results. FY2016–FY2020 have no published GBP-restated figures and are excluded here for currency consistency; FY2021 is the earliest year shown. FY2023 net income is the value restated in the FY2024 Annual Report for a Remote Gaming Duty prior-period adjustment (originally reported as a GBP 56.4m loss attributable). FY2024 net income is the value further restated in the FY25 results (originally reported as a GBP 192.0m loss attributable in the FY2024 Annual Report). Revenue was not restated in either case.
